Can we order siblings together?
Yes! When access code login, click on "Did you receive another access code?". You can enter up to five access codes at a time. This will unlock all available photos. You can order so combined and save on shipping.

I got an access card with access code - how can I order photos?
If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click "ACCESS CODE LOGIN" in the main menu, then enter the access code and then click "Open Album".

I got an e-mail with access data - how can I order photos?
If you have received an e-mail with access data, then click on the button in the e-mail where you will get to the album. You then come to the page of the "customer login". Enter here your access data, so the E-Mail address and the password, which you received.

Where do we see the status of our order, such as Cash receipt, production or shipping date?
The easiest way is to click on the link in your order e-mail. Alternatively, you can log in using the password and your e-mail address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Customer Login". The order details can be found under "My Account".

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the one after the payment. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order will be executed directly. Payment in advance usually takes 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. The production times can be found in the respective product information.

Is the logo (watermark) removed from the image?
Naturally! The watermark is only to protect against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We work exclusively with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers in order not to compromise on quality. Should a mistake happen, we will take care of it.

Is it possible to adjust the picture section?
Yes. In the shopping cart you have the opportunity. If you reduce the size of the image, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Pay attention to the stars, which indicate if the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the enlargement. You can also fit a photo so that nothing is cut off from the subject.

I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?
In a photo album, select a photo that you like and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the number and click on the button: "Add to cart". If you have added all the photos you like to the shopping cart, click on "Shopping cart" in the top right corner and follow the further instructions.

Availability

The photos can be ordered for one month after they have been published in the gallery. For space reasons, the photos are then deleted.

watermark

The watermark on the photos is for protection only. When you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both the downloads and the print products.

delivery time

After receipt of payment, the photos are sent immediately to your home. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. You can download digital downloads directly.

quality

The photos are exposed by our specialized specialist laboratory. We use only high quality and durable materials. In particular, the silk paper is suitable for portraits.
